Delivery and Returns

We aim to make the delivery process as hassle-free and timely as possible and we understand that it is rarely convenient or possible to be in to receive a parcel; for that reason products are letter box friendly (with the exception of protein powders and meal shake powders). *Please note – if you order multiple products, the package may exceed the dimensions to fit through a letterbox, additionally, if Royal Mail Signed For is the opted delivery method, a signature will be required regardless of package dimensions.


1.1 After placing an order, an e-mail confirmation will be sent to the e-mail address provided at checkout. If you do not receive an e-mail within 24 hours please first check your spam/junk folders and then contact our customer services team at [email protected] for assistance.

1.1.1 Please note that confirmation of order does not confirm an order has been processed, see our terms and conditions for more.

1.2 Our team process orders Monday to Fridays, 9am- 6pm (excluding Bank holidays). Orders made by 2pm will be processed the same day. Orders made after 2pm will be processed within 24 hours. Orders made on weekends and bank holidays will be processed the next available working day.


2.1 Currently we only offer shipping to the UK and Channel Islands on our website. If wanting to order outside of these zones, please contact us at [email protected] for queries on international shipping.

2.2 Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays). We aim to process and dispatch all orders made before 2pm the next working day and orders made after 2pm can be expected to be dispatched within 24 hours.

2.3 All orders are dispatched using Royal Mail First Class or Royal Mail First Class Signed For with an expected delivery time of 1-3 working days.


2.4 All UK orders over £40 are eligible for FREE UK DELIVERY. Select free delivery option when you have over £40 in your basket.

2.4.1 The standard Royal Mail First Class service will be used when selecting free delivery.


2.5 If any undelivered items are returned to us due to non-collection from the post office, in all cases the postage costs to re-send the items must be re-paid to us before we will dispatch the items again.

3.1 We accept returns for unopened items within 14 days of your order being placed. The buyer is responsible for the return postage and adequate packaging of the item. Should the item return damaged we reserve the right to withhold a refund.

3.2 The original postal price will be not be refunded, unless the item wrong item was sent or the product is faulty or damaged.

3.2.1 In the rare cases that a wrong, faulty or damaged item is received, please contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of receipt of delivery to advise of a damaged or wrong order. Anything reported outside this window will be subject to an independent review.
